About Us Morenowinedirect is the retail website of Moreno Wine Merchants. A wine merchant based in Maida Vale, West London, and established over 27 years ago. It was started by Juan Moreno and later developed into a larger retail and agency business by Manuel Moreno who is the Chairman of the business. Initially specialising in Spanish wines, the company has expanded over years, by careful selection, into Chilean, Argentine, New Zealand and Oregon wines. The shop has won the Wine Magazine Spanish Specialist of the Year award many times but, in addition, is now increasingly recognised for its 'New World' wines as well. Making A Purchase Currently, this is NOT a purchase online site.

Just browse our Catalog, and either call or email us with your requirements. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or email.

Shipping And Handling £7.50 for a case of 12 bottles, £10 for two cases, and free thereafter.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days .

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union 17.5% VAT is added.

All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy Damaged goods- Should a wine be damaged in delivery we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

Notification can be by telephone, post, fax, or email within three working days of delivery.

Faulty Goods- If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit.

Notification must be given to us within 3 working days of delivery.

Incorrect Goods Delivered- On the rare occasions that this happens we offer a refund or replacement of the incorrect goods, on return of the bottle(s) in question.

Notification must be given to us within 7 working days of delivery.
