This prestigious white wine DO of some 8500 hectares is located south of Valladolid and at 750/800 metres above sea level.

The main grape varieties are Verdejo (41%), Viura (29%), Palomino (21%) and increasingly Sauvignon Blanc (just 9%).

Gorgous citrusey white, 60% Viura, 25% Verdejo, 15% Sauvignon Blanc.

Colour: Crisp clean pale yellow with hints of green

Bouquet: fresh, floral, subtle gooseberry and grapefruit aromas

Palate: Crisp and clean, refreshing with citrus fruits - grapefruit, lemon and gooseberry.

Drink on its own or partner with salads, fish, soft cheeses and cold meats.
