Lustrous green tinged yellow; and marvelously aromatic with a lively fusion of apple, lavender, honey and laurel both on the nose and palate, which though rich is admirably subtle; with, however, a long, dry, and minerally finish vaguely reminiscent of Northern Italy. It is also worth noting that this is a wine that improves with limited bottle age and is still fresh, lively and fragrant after a couple of years in bottle.
